Student Learning Outcomes
Business Core for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, and Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees with majors in Business Administration:
- Students will possess foundational business knowledge in accounting, finance, economics, information systems, legal and social environment, management, marketing, quantitative analysis, and global issues.
- Students will be able to communicate effectively in business settings.
- Students will recognize ethical dilemmas and make ethical choices in complicated business situations.
- Students will apply foundational business knowledge and skills by participating in internships.
- Students will obtain job-seeking skills and secure successful placement.
BBA Concentrations (Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Small Business):
- Students will possess the knowledge and skills needed for entry-level jobs in each concentration area.
Associate of Science (AS) in Business degree:
- Students will have the basic business knowledge needed for lower entry-level positions in business and for operating a small business.
